Fenwick & West Represents Cisco in its Acquisition of Composite Software for $180 Million

Fenwick & West represented Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO), the worldwide leader in networking, in its pending acquisition of Composite Software, Inc., a privately held market leader in data virtualization software and services. Under the terms of the acquisition agreement, Cisco will pay approximately $180 million in cash and retention-based incentives in exchange for all shares of Composite.
