Fenwick Represents Cisco in its Acquisition of Israel-based Intucell for $475 Million

​Fenwick & West represented Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO) in its acquisition of Intucell, which is headquartered in Israel and provides advanced self-optimizing network software. Under the terms of the agreement, Cisco will pay approximately $475 million in cash and retention-based incentives to acquire the entire business and operations of Intucell.
