Fenwick & West Represents Consortium of Leading Financial Firms in $66M Investment in Symphony Communications Services Holdings

Fenwick & West LLP represented a consortium of leading financial institutions in (1) its $66 million capital investment in newly-formed Symphony Communications Services Holdings LLC, a secure communication and workflow technology company, and (2) the concurrent acquisition by Symphony of Perzo Inc. Symphony combines Perzo’s technology with Goldman Sachs’ proprietary enterprise collaboration platform to solve an industry-wide communication challenge by providing a platform for communities of financial services professionals to communicate securely and efficiently using compliant standards and end-to-end encryption.

The consortium includes Goldman Sachs, BofA Merrill Lynch, BlackRock, Citadel, Citi, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, BNY Mellon, Jeffries, JPMorgan, Maverick, Morgan Stanley, Nomura and Wells Fargo.
