Fenwick & West represented online storage company Dropbox, Inc. in a transaction with photo-sharing platform Snapjoy Inc. in which the Snapjoy team will be joining Dropbox. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Fenwick transaction team included corporate attorneys Greg Roussel and Derek Huoth.
