Fenwick Represents Facebook in Investment in Unacademy’s $110 Million Series E

Fenwick represented Facebook (NASDAQ: FB) in its participation in Unacademy’s $110 million Series E round. General Atlantic led the round and Sequoia India also participated, along with existing investors Nexus Venture Partners, Steadview Capital, Blume Ventures, Kalyan Krishnamurthy and Sujeet Kumar.

Unacademy, one of India’s largest learning platforms, plans to utilize the funds to further penetrate into the test preparation categories, launching more exam categories, acquiring top educators, and creating enhanced learning experiences for the learners through great content and product.
