Fenwick & West represented Fitmob, Inc., a company focused on redefining the gym in the digital age by delivering unique group workouts with top trainers, gyms, and studios in your neighborhood, in its recently announced acquisition of Gymsurfing, an application developed by Blind Tiger Republic, Inc., which allows users to work out wherever they are via day passes through one of the largest networks of gyms. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
