Fenwick & West Represents Goldman Sachs in Leading Spiceworks’ $57M Series E Investment

Fenwick & West LLP represented The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., a global investment banking, securities and investment management firm, in leading the recently announced $57 million Series E investment in Spiceworks Inc., the network for IT professionals to connect with one another, with participation from existing investors. In addition, Spiceworks has named David Campbell, managing director in Goldman Sachs’ Merchant Banking Division, to its board of directors.
