Fenwick Represents Google Capital in Leading $100 Million Equity Investment in CrowdStrike

Fenwick & West represented Google Capital, a growth equity fund backed by Google, in leading recently announced $100 million growth equity investment in CrowdStrike, the next-generation endpoint protection platform.

The new funding will help CrowdStrike firmly establish its SaaS-based endpoint protection platform as the leading solution to address today’s sophisticated attacks and will allow CrowdStrike to further accelerate its domestic and international expansion.
