Fenwick Represents Google Capital in Leading Duolingo’s $45 Million Equity Investment

​​Fenwick & West represented Google Capital, a growth equity fund backed by Google, in leading its recently announced $45 million growth equity investment in Duolingo, a free science based language education platform.
