Fenwick & West represented HealthTap Inc. in its acquisition of Avvo, Inc.’s health business. HealthTap, a venture-backed operator of Web and mobile applications that enable users to communicate with doctors outside of the usual settings, is now the world's largest online network of doctors after its acquisition of the medical business of Avvo, another venture-backed online directory operator.
