Fenwick & West represented InstaEDU, Inc., one of the leading on-demand tutoring marketplaces, in its recently announced acquisition by Chegg, Inc., creators of one of the leading student-first connected learning platforms, making higher education more affordable and accessible, for $30 million in cash. The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close by the end of June 2014.
