Fenwick & West LLP represented Jama Software, a SaaS-based platform that helps to accelerate product development within large, globally distributed enterprises, in its recently announced $18 million investment. The round was led by Trinity Ventures, with participation from Madrona Ventures Group. Both Karan Mehandru, general partner at Trinity Ventures and Tim Porter, managing director at Madrona Ventures Group have also joined the company’s board.
The new investment will help the company focus on further investing in its own product and engineering teams, scaling geographical footprint and raising the company’s profile. More information about Jama Software’s $18M round of funding can be obtained from the company website.
The Fenwick transaction team was led by corporate partners Ted Wang and Bill Bromfield; and corporate associates Ryan Slunaker and Seth Oranburg.
