Fenwick & West LLP represented Khosla Ventures, one of the leading Silicon Valley venture capital firms, in leading a recently announced $15 million Series B financing for CrossChx, Inc., a global patient identification solution. Keith Rabois, partner at Khosla Ventures, will join CrossChx’s board of directors as an observer.
