Fenwick & West represented Luminate, Inc., a platform that over 10,000 publishers use to generate incremental revenue from contextually relevant targeted advertisements, in its recently announced acquisition by Yahoo! Inc. (NASDAQ:YHOO), a U.S. based global internet communications, commerce and media company. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
