Fenwick & West represented MyFitnessPal, Inc., a mobile app and website for people to track, learn, communicate and improve their health and wellness, in its recently announced acquisition by Under Armour, Inc. (NYSE:UA), the Maryland-based sports footwear, apparel and accessories company, for $475 million. The acquisition is expected to close in the first quarter of 2015.
