Fenwick Represents Nylas in Acquisition of June.ai

Fenwick & West represented Nylas, a leading provider of universal communications APIs for developers, in its acquisition of June.ai, a privately held technology company based in New York City.

Nylas will integrate June.ai's core technology with its universal connectivity and omnichannel data extraction capabilities to enable developers to create sophisticated workflow automation within mobile and web applications faster. More information can be obtained from Nylas' announcement.
