Fenwick & West represented Revere Digital LLC, a business news organization and parent company of Re/code, in its recently announced acquisition by Vox Media, a digital-native media company. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition will help enhance Re/code’s quality tech journalism with Vox Media’s deep and broad skill set, as the company will continue to publish under the same name and leadership.
