Fenwick & West represented Rise Labs, Inc., a popular health coaching platform, in its acquisition by One Medical Group, a leader in technology-enabled primary care. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition will integrate Rise Labs’ technology into One Medical’s broader 24/7 digital health offering, which also includes online and mobile tools that allow people to book appointments, renew prescriptions, connect with their medical team, and get treatment for basic health issues on the go.
