Fenwick & West Represents SGN in its Investment by Netmarble Games

Fenwick & West represented SGN, the fast-growing major mobile games studio, in its recently announced investment by Netmarble Games, South Korea’s largest online game publisher.

The funding will allow SGN to investment in mergers and acquisitions of other studios; expanding its marketing, especially in television; and growing its own skunkworks development shop. More information about Netmarble’s investment in SGN can be obtained from the company website.
