Fenwick Represents Symantec in Pending Acquisition of Skycure

Fenwick & West represented Symantec Corporation (NASDAQ: SYMC) in its pending acquisition of Skycure Inc., a U.S. and Israel-based leader in mobile threat defense. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, and is expected to close in Symantec’s second fiscal quarter of 2017. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
