Fenwick & West LLP represented Unity Software Inc., creators of the Unity multiplatform engine and development tools, in its recently announced acquisition of Turiya Media, Inc. (dba Playnomics), creators of a tool that helps identify the ways that players interact with games to help developers make real-time decisions on how to interact with the community to keep them having fun and coming back for more. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
