Fenwick & West represented Ustream, the world’s leading live video platform, in its acquisition by IBM Corporation (NYSE: IBM), a global technology firm. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition will allow incorporation of Ustream’s video streaming capabilities into Bluemix, IBM’s open cloud development platform. More information about Ustream’s acquisition by IBM can be obtained from the company press release.
