Fenwick & West Represents Electronic Arts in Acquisition of Mythic Entertainment

Fenwick & West LLP represented long-time client Electronic Arts Inc. (NASDAQ: ERTS) in its recently announced acquisition of Mythic Entertainment, Inc., a Virginia-based computer game developer. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and closing conditions, and is expected to close during EA's second quarter of fiscal 2007.
