Fenwick & West LLP represented Symantec Corporation (NASDAQ: SYMC) in its recently announced sale of two series of senior unsecured notes in an aggregate principal amount of $1.0 billion. J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. The offering closed on June 14, 2012.
