Partner Jon Lenzner and Counsel Wendy Grasso will be speaking at Stanford’s Directors’ College on June 25th.

Directors' College is the nation’s premier executive education program for directors and C-level executives of publicly traded companies. The conference addresses a broad range of issues that confront modern boards, including the board’s role in setting business strategy, CEO and board succession, crisis management, techniques for controlling legal liability, challenges posed by activist investors, boardroom dynamics, international trade issues, the global economy, and cybersecurity threats.

  • Jon Lenzner will be a panelist on the Defend Your Company, Defend Yourself: Private Litigation and Government Investigations panel on June 25 at 11:30 am PT, which will explore a series of cutting-edge litigation issues that can threaten corporations, directors, and senior executives, with an emphasis on practical strategies for minimizing and insuring against these risks and responding to an investigation or litigation if the challenge arises.
  • Wendy Grasso will be a panelist on the The Board’s Role in Navigating Sustainability and Climate Risk and Opportunity panel on June 25 at 2:00 pm PT, which will provide practical tips for integrating climate change and sustainability into various elements of corporate strategy, explore ways to navigate the different mandatory reporting frameworks, and share insights into how boards should be approaching their oversight role as it relates to climate risks and opportunities.
