Fenwick Represents BitTorrent in $140 Million Acquisition by TRON

Fenwick & West represented BitTorrent Inc., a leading Internet technology company that designs distributed technologies that scale efficiently, in its acquisition by the TRON Foundation, a global company dedicated to establish the world’s largest decentralized ecosystem, for $140 million.
