Fenwick Represents Chai Discovery in $130M Series B Funding

Fenwick represented Chai Discovery, the AI company that predicts and reprograms the interactions between biochemical molecules, in its $130 million Series B funding. The round was co-led by Oak HC/FT and General Catalyst with participation from Thrive Capital, OpenAI, Dimension, Menlo Ventures, Lachy Groom, Yosemite, Neo, SV Angel, Emerson Collective, and Glade Brook.

Chai Discovery will use the funds to accelerate research and product development and expand commercialization efforts. More information can be obtained here.
