Fenwick Represents EdgeRunner AI in $12M Series A Funding

Fenwick represented EdgeRunner AI, a developer of domain-specific, air-gapped, on-device AI agents for military and enterprise, in its $12 million Series A funding. The round was led by Madrona Ventures with participation from Four Rivers Ventures and joined by new investors HP Tech Ventures and Alumni Ventures.

EdgeRunner AI will use the funds to grow its team and invest in product development. More information can be obtained here.
