Fenwick Represents FLORA in $42M Series A Financing

Fenwick represented FLORA, a creative technology company pioneering a new category for generative workflows, in its $42 million Series A financing. This round of funding was led by Alex Bard and Jordan Segall at Redpoint Ventures, with participation from the CEOs of Vercel (Guillermo Rauch), Frame.io (Emery Wells), and Fal (Gorkem Yurtseven, Burkay Gur and Batuhan Taskaya).
