Fenwick Represents GridGain in Acquisition by MariaDB

Fenwick represented GridGain, a developer of in-memory computing and the force behind Apache Ignite, in its acquisition by MariaDB, an open-source relational database management system.

The acquisition creates the industry’s first AI-Ready Operating Platform – unifying transactions, analytics and in-memory speed to eliminate infrastructure fragmentation. More information can be obtained from GridGain’s announcement.
