Fenwick Represents Serval in $75M Funding

Fenwick represented Serval, an AI platform for IT teams, in its $75 million equity funding. The round was led by Sequoia with participation from Redpoint, Meritech, First Round, General Catalyst, Evantic, Sound Ventures, Radical Ventures, and others.

Serval will use the funds to build the next era of enterprise service management. More information can be obtained here.
