Fenwick Represents ZBD in $40M Series C Financing

Fenwick represented ZBD, a payments innovator powering real-money transactions for games and apps, in its $40 million Series C financing. The round was led by Blockstream Capital Partners.

ZBD will use the funds to accelerate its growth as the only fully-licensed, vertically-integrated payments provider built for gaming. More information can be obtained here.
