Lampron, a prominent executive compensation and employee benefits attorney, has joined the firm as a partner in its Mountain View office.
Ms. Lampron brings to Fenwick & West 25 years of expertise and experience with start ups, emerging growth and public companies, and venture and institutional investors. She works with clients to structure compensation and benefit programs that cover the full range of equity and cash compensation arrangements, including stock option and stock purchase plans, 401(k) plans, ESOPs, cafeteria plans and other fringe benefit arrangements. She also negotiates and prepares incentive, employment and severance arrangements, representing key employees as well as employers.
In addition, Ms. Lampron will work closely with lawyers in Fenwick's corporate group on merger and acquisition transactions and securities offerings, and has significant experience in this area of great importance to the firm's clients.
