Fenwick Recognized Again for Tax Work in the U.S., Corporate in Israel by Chambers Global

Six Fenwick partners – Sally Abel, Andrew Bridges, Gordy Davidson, James Fuller, David Hayes and Niping Wu – receive top-tier rankings in their respective practice areas.

Mountain View, CA (March 18, 2015) – Fenwick & West is proud to announce that Chambers Global has once again awarded top-tier rankings to Fenwick for its tax work on behalf of foreign and domestic clients in the United States and corporate work in Israel.

In addition, Fenwick partners Sally Abel, Andrew Bridges, Gordy Davidson, Jim Fuller and David Hayes continue to receive top-tier rankings for their global counsel. They are joined this year by new partner Niping Wu, whose work in China has also been recognized.

Practice Area Recognitions

Tax: Corporate & Finance – USA

In naming Fenwick's tax practice as among those in the top tier worldwide, Chambers Global again recognized Jim Fuller in Band 1 in two categories: International Tax and Corporate Tax. Fenwick's tax team, which has represented more than 100 of the Fortune 500 and half of the Fortune 100 largest U.S. companies, provided tax counsel on Switzerland-based Glencore International PLC $6 billion purchase of Canada-based Viterra Inc. and Eaton Corporation's $13 billion acquisition of Cooper Industries.

Corporate/M&A – Israel

Chambers Global places Fenwick among the top tiers for law firms providing corporate counsel to Israeli companies and entrepreneurs, as well as international and U.S. companies doing business in Israel.
