Fenwick Recognized Again for Tax Work in the U.S., Corporate in Israel by Chambers Global

Six Fenwick partners – Sally Abel, Andrew Bridges, Gordy Davidson, James Fuller, David Hayes and Niping Wu – receive top-tier rankings in their respective practice areas.

Tax: Corporate & Finance – USA

In naming Fenwick's tax practice as among those in the top tier worldwide, Chambers Global again recognized Jim Fuller in Band 1 in two categories: International Tax and Corporate Tax. Fenwick's tax team, which has represented more than 100 of the Fortune 500 and half of the Fortune 100 largest U.S. companies, provided tax counsel on Switzerland-based Glencore International PLC $6 billion purchase of Canada-based Viterra Inc. and Eaton Corporation's $13 billion acquisition of Cooper Industries.
