Fenwick Recognized for Corporate Work in Israel, Tax in the U.S. by Chambers Global

Fenwick partners Sally Abel, Andrew Bridges, Gordon Davidson, James Fuller and David Hayes are ranked in the top tiers in their respective practice areas.

​​​Mountain View, CA (March 27, 2014) – Fenwick & West is pleased to announce that Chambers Global has recognized Fenwick for the firm’s corporate work in Israel and tax work for foreign and domestic clients in the United States. Practice Area Recognitions

Corporate/M&A – Israel

In ranking Fenwick among the top tiers for law firms doing corporate work in Israel, Chambers Global notes that the Fenwick team is best known for being “[h]ighly involved in the hi-tech sector representing some of the largest US and Israeli companies in their corporate activity, investments and financings,” adding that market sources call Fenwick “[o]ne of the favourite US West Coast firms.” Fenwick is recognized for its work representing U.S. companies acquiring Israel-based start-ups and representing Israel-based startups in mergers, acquisitions and venture financings. Partners Cindy Hess and Greg Roussel are called "notable practitioners" and "key contacts for Israel work." The firm’s representation of Facebook in its acquisition of Israel-based Face.com and representation of Israeli company Gigya in a $15.3 million Series D financing are identified as being particularly noteworthy.
