Fenwick Recognized for Corporate Work in Israel, Tax in the U.S. by Chambers Global

Corporate/M&A – Israel

In ranking Fenwick among the top tiers for law firms doing corporate work in Israel, Chambers Global notes that the Fenwick team is best known for being “[h]ighly involved in the hi-tech sector representing some of the largest US and Israeli companies in their corporate activity, investments and financings,” adding that market sources call Fenwick “[o]ne of the favourite US West Coast firms.” Fenwick is recognized for its work representing U.S. companies acquiring Israel-based start-ups and representing Israel-based startups in mergers, acquisitions and venture financings.
