"Each year, Fenwick & West adds strategic lateral partners to our firm. Dean and Kevin will help solidify our talent roster with top-tier capabilities in class action and securities litigation, particularly within the greater technology arena," said Firm Chairman Gordon K. Davidson. "We have had the opportunity to get to know Dean and Kevin over the past year through client interaction. We have been struck not just by their excellence as lawyers and litigators, but by their natural fit for the Fenwick & West culture and platform."
"We feel like this transition will bring us greater opportunities to take on the most interesting securities and governance representations," commented Dean Kristy. "The synergies between our practices are strong and we are very excited to join a native Silicon Valley firm with a powerful corporate practice that feels like such a perfect platform for us."
"As we got to know each other better," commented Kevin Muck, "the momentum to make this change just became irresistible. We are particularly attracted to Fenwick & West because of its preeminent position and strong client relationships in the high technology community. Their strategic positioning is an ideal fit for our practice."
