Mountain View, CA (March 22, 2014) – Fenwick & West is pleased to announce that Christine Redfield has joined the firm as of counsel in the trademark group, resident in the firm’s Silicon Valley office.
Redfield provides strategic international brand counseling and enforcement advice to technology companies, developing and managing international trademark portfolios, protecting trademark rights online and executing creative brand enforcement strategies. She advises technology companies on the availability, use, registration and enforcement of trademarks in the United States and worldwide markets. Redfield also counsels clients on a variety of trademark-related issues, including trade dress infringement, trademark dilution and acquiring domain names. She represents clients in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (PTO) and before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and handles licenses, assignments, coexistence and settlement agreements for trademarks and domains.

Redfield received her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles, and her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law. She is a member of the International Trademark Association and the Intellectual Property Owners Association and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District, Northern District and Southern District of California.
