The opening of Fenwick & West's office in Shanghai, China was featured in Bloomberg Law, which quoted chairman Richard Dickson.
Dickson said the firm made the decision to open its first international office in Shanghai, “in response to increasing work for technology and life sciences clients based in China, as well as U.S. companies doing business in China.”
Partner Eva Wang, who counsels Chinese corporations on U.S. corporate and securities law and American companies doing business in China, will head up the office.
