Fenwick’s Dawn Belt Discusses Women in Leadership with Fortune
Fenwick corporate partner Dawn Belt spoke to Fortune about how more women are taking board seats and other leadership positions at top technology companies, inspiring other women to aim high in Silicon Valley.
“Seeing women in leadership makes women more inclined to take a job,” Belt told Fortune, noting that Silicon Valley is making slow but steady progress on gender diversity.
