Fenwick Advises on Cloud Computing Company IPO

June 29, 2012

Gordy Davidson, partner in the Corporate Group and Managing Partner with Fenwick & West, was recently quoted in the Recorder article, "Fenwick, Cooley Advise on Cloud Computing Company IPO."

Fenwick & West recently advised the San Diego-based cloud computing company ServiceNow Inc. in their initial public offering. The IPO was the most closely watched offering since Facebook, providing the largest "pop" in first day trading since early May.

Gordy Davidson led the Fenwick Team, along with partner Robert Freedman and associate Dawn Belt. In addition to ServiceNow, Davidson also led a Fenwick Team on Facebook's recent IPO.

"It was good to see the market rebound this week in the face of macroeconomic uncertainty," Davidson said. "We hope that argues well for the other IPOs in the queue."
