The Chair of Fenwick’s Electronic Information Management practice group and the firm’s Chief Security Officer have joined forces to provide the Animal Legal Defense Fund (ALDF) with pro bono assistance in developing its Records Retention policy and implementing supporting systems and protocols.
Bob Brownstone and Kevin Moore are advising ALDF on developing, revising and maintaining policies and protocols for records management and litigation preparedness, working through nitty-gritty IT issues and rules of law alike. The duo provides both day-to-day information-management and reactive compliance in lawsuits.
