Robert D. Brownstone, Law & Technology Director at Fenwick & West, was featured in September's Law Practice Magazine article on law firm differentiation during business development entitled, "Seeking Out New Markets: Tapping Into Client Trends for New Business and Bigger Profits."

The article specifically profiled Brownstone's electronic discovery practice, which flourished in the wake of the 2003 Zubulake opinions that established the federal rules for e-discovery.
