Supreme Court Rules Against Business Method Patent

July 1, 2010 (Mountain View, CA) – On Monday, June 28, the US Supreme Court issued its much anticipated ruling on the validity of business method patents in the Bilski v. Kappos case. Fenwick & West Intellectual Property partners were quoted extensively in the media on the topic, including:
