Women Attorneys Play Key Roles in GoPro's IPO

Fenwick & West co-chair of the start-ups and venture capital practice group Cynthia Clarfield Hess was profiled by Inside Counsel magazine in an article on the women in lead attorney roles for the initial public offering by GoPro, Inc.

Hess co-led the legal team on GoPro’s IPO with Fenwick corporate partners Michael Esquivel and Daniel Winnike. GoPro makes wearable cameras and related accessories. The company debuted on the Nasdaq stock exchange on June 26, 2014, selling 8.9 million shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $24.00 per share.
