Amber counsels startups and emerging companies on a broad range of corporate matters.
During law school, Amber served as co-president of OutLaw and was an active member of the Asian American Law Students Association (AALSA). She also interned with a fintech startup in New York and contributed to the North Carolina School of Law’s Intellectual Property Clinic as both a research assistant and certified law student.
Prior to law school, Amber was an AmeriCorps member with City Year New York and worked at a technology startup.
