Angie advises on a broad variety of corporate matters, from representation of emerging and high-growth companies, venture capital firms and strategic investors, including venture capital financings, to representation of public companies and financial institutions in a wide range of capital markets transactions, including securities law compliance and disclosure matters.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Angie was an associate at a large, multinational law firm where she represented public companies and financial institutions with a focus on capital markets transactions.
