Chris acts as trusted advisor to technology companies and their founders navigating complex technological and regulatory environments across industries impacted by Web3 and artificial intelligence, including the financial services, healthcare, and consumer products sectors.

He works with startups and high growth companies at all stages of their lifecycle, from formation and early venture financings through growth-stage transactions and exits, guiding them through venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and evolving regulatory landscapes.

Chris’ practice focuses on the novel legal and structural issues raised by decentralized networks, digital assets, and blockchain based business models. He regularly counsels clients on tokenization initiatives, token generation events, stablecoins, real world asset (RWA) structures, and the evolving regulatory frameworks governing Web3 and AI enabled platforms.

Chris has been deeply engaged in the Web3 ecosystem since 2014, when he served as a student fellow at the Harvard Berkman Center for Internet & Society, focusing on the legal and policy implications of emerging decentralized technologies.
