Gigi advises multinational companies on a broad range of dispute resolution matters, including regulatory compliance and international arbitration. She also has experience counseling clients on regulatory due diligence, internal investigations, and government investigations.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Gigi worked as an associate for a large international law firm in its Shanghai office where she focused on anti-corruption compliance, sanctions, export controls, and commercial arbitration.

While in law school, Gigi was an editor for the Washington Law Review.
