Jeff concentrates on corporate matters that support clients in the technology and life sciences industries.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Jeff was a corporate associate at a leading law firm where he represented private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in leveraged buyouts, M&A transactions, add-on acquisitions, private equity investments and other general corporate matters.

During law school, Jeff was a member of the Columbia Science and Technology Law Review, and was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
