Katie represents clients in a broad range of trademark litigation matters.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Katie worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable Nathan D. Mihara of the California Court of Appeal, Sixth Appellate District. While pursuing her J.D. at Santa Clara University School of Law, she was recognized for her academic achievement, including receiving the High Tech Law Certificate with an IP Specialization. She also served as the President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, and as an Associate for the High Tech Law Journal.
